How much is shipping?

Shipping within Hong Kong is HKD180. For international orders, additional charges may apply. 

And if you’re lucky, we do offer free shipping time-to-time; so keep a look out! 

NOTE: In some but not all cases, the recipient will need to sign; this depends on the local carrier and value of the order. We’d advise you assume that someone needs to be in to receive the parcel. 

When will I receive my purchase?

Once placing your order, your jewellery is created uniquely, please allow 14 business days, and an additional delivery time of 2-3 business days (with the exception of public holidays which will vary delivery time).

You’ll receive a tracking number shortly after placing your order.

How do I care for my jewellery?

At klu. we create jewellery to be part of your everyday lifestyle but there are many factors that can influence the condition of your jewellery. We recommend you to clean, repair and store your jewellery properly to keep them looking their best.

Here are some care points for your jewellery:

  • To maintain the shine and get that sparkle, we recommend you use a soft brush, warm water and mild soap to clean your jewellery.
  • To polish the jewellery, we advise to use a chemical free soft cloth with natural fibres.
  • Jewellery will naturally tarnish over time – always protect your jewellery from knocks, scratches, chemicals, sunlight and heat/cold to minimise these effects. Also, avoid spraying perfume or applying creams directly onto your jewellery.
What is your return policy?

At klu. we take pride of our jewellery and each jewellery piece has been individually crafted and monitored to meet the high-quality standard we expect. But on a rare occasion, we may miss one! So we offer a 10-day returns policy, if you are not reasonably satisfied with your purchase. The team will assess the returned item before a form of online store credit is made.

How should I send back my returned items?

We recommend to send via a trusted courier with a tracking number to ensure the safety and security of the returned item. We will not hold responsibility of any lost, theft, etc of the returned item.
